Well-equipped units and competent staff from house keeping to management. Good coffee and fruit juices for breakfast.

Nice location - short way from everywhere we needed. Ate at Wan Chai, it's within a close distance from the venue.

I suggest improving the air conditioning to avoid the discomfort of warm rooms!!! It would be prudent to address the thin walls that lead to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms!!!

The spacious Double Room with Side Sea View offered a fantastic atmosphere, complemented by an in-room coffee maker, made mornings good. The staff was friendly, and the dining experience was surprisingly good, with varied options that impressed me. The immaculate swimming pool was perfect for relaxation.

Although it seems that they made an effort to update the hotel.. They didnt really achieve it.. Rooms are dated.. Only the plasma is new :) furniture very old.. And everything in the hotel very old.. Even staff uniforms.. Image guys image!!! Fix the damn rooms!

the ac wasn't working,the staff was speaking only russian,the service and breakfast is too poor,dirty pool and too old decaration and furniture

Engaging entertainment team kept us entertained nightly.

Really good 3*. Was doubtfall after reading others unpleasent reviews. But was very impressed as the hotel is not the most modern but very well maintained with a beautiful pool and close to beach and main strip. The rooms were clean and had everything expected with balconys and great views

The staff were not great with english, and the food was quite bland so wouldnt recoommend 'all inclusive' but would go back- so nothing bad

Excellent quality, tidy hotel with helpful personnel from house keeping to management. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sunrise Beach.

The rooms were very dirty, the ceeling was ready to fall on our heads and it needs renovation immediately also the breakfast was very poor.

Nothing, everything was very disapointing.

Very poor for a 4 star hotel, no service, sheets dirty, no follow up from staff. Took 1 day to change the dirty sheets. Resturant was not clean, breakfast poor selection and food was of a very poor standard. Showers were faulty in all rooms (we asked other people staying in hotel), water turned from cold to hot without being adjusted. Aircondition very noisy and after opertating for a few hours no longer cold. Room was dirty, veranda had not been cleaning for months in seemed.

The room was huge and super comfy, loved having a coffee maker! The pool area was like paradise. Only downside was the shower pressure could be better. a fab stay! 😊
