Although it seems that they made an effort to update the hotel.. They didnt really achieve it.. Rooms are dated.. Only the plasma is new :) furniture very old.. And everything in the hotel very old.. Even staff uniforms.. Image guys image!!! Fix the damn rooms!

The location here is fantastic with a beautiful view of Profitis Elias church, making it a great spot to watch the sunset, the design is nice, and there are good shopping opportunities nearby.

the ac wasn't working,the staff was speaking only russian,the service and breakfast is too poor,dirty pool and too old decaration and furniture

Really good 3*. Was doubtfall after reading others unpleasent reviews. But was very impressed as the hotel is not the most modern but very well maintained with a beautiful pool and close to beach and main strip. The rooms were clean and had everything expected with balconys and great views
The staff were not great with english, and the food was quite bland so wouldnt recoommend 'all inclusive' but would go back- so nothing bad

The hotel's location is ideal, right by Kavo Maris beach, fig tree bay, and nissi beach, as well as Blue Spice. the breakfast offered at the hotel was plentiful with a great variety, including fresh orange juice.

it was very near the beach and the center of Protaras
The rooms were very dirty, the ceeling was ready to fall on our heads and it needs renovation immediately also the breakfast was very poor.

The rooms on level 2 were nicely designed. the staff were competent. the location was perfect, in an active and nice area. We enjoyed our evenings at the nearby Koursaros Rock Bar for drinks and atmosphere.
